The rules for using HufanUGC to create AI images and videos, manage an account, and pay for access.

HufanUGC provides a web studio for creating and managing AI images and videos. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
You must have authority to use the account and every prompt, image or other item you submit. If you create content for a business or client, you are responsible for the permissions and advertising rules that apply to that work.
Accounts and access
Registration asks for a name, Somali phone number, email address and password. New accounts must verify their email, choose a plan and complete the required payment and setup steps before using the Studio. Keep your details accurate and your password private. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
HufanUGC may restrict or suspend an account if it appears compromised, a payment is disputed, or its use violates these Terms. You may ask support to review a restriction.
Prompts, uploads and permissions
You retain any rights you have in your prompts, product photos, creator/reference images and other files. You permit HufanUGC to store and process them as needed to operate the service, produce requested content, maintain your library, investigate errors and provide support. Relevant prompts and reference files are sent to the third-party AI provider selected for a generation.
You must have the rights and consent needed for every upload, including permission from people shown in creator or reference images. Do not upload another person’s private image, protected work, brand asset or likeness without authority.
AI-generated content
AI outputs can be inaccurate, resemble other material, omit details or contain visual errors. HufanUGC does not guarantee that an output is unique, factually correct, free of third-party rights or suitable for a campaign. Rights in an output can depend on applicable law and the selected provider’s terms; HufanUGC cannot transfer rights it does not have.
Review images and videos before publishing them, especially product labels, claims, likenesses and endorsements. Administrators can select completed videos for the public showcase. If a video associated with your account should be removed, contact support with its generation ID.
Credits, plans and EVC Plus
Credits are an in-service balance used for eligible generations; they are not cash. The Studio displays a generation’s credit cost before you submit it. Model prices, daily limits and availability depend on the current options shown in the service.
When checkout is enabled, plans and credit packs are paid through EVC Plus. You send payment outside HufanUGC, submit the payer number and transaction ID, and an administrator verifies the transfer before access or credits are added. HufanUGC does not charge renewals automatically. Plans are paid one month at a time; the monthly price is shown before payment. See the Subscription and Billing Policy and Refund and Payment Policy.
Failures and availability
If a charged generation fails or is cancelled while running, the service is designed to return deducted credits once. Check your credit history; if an adjustment is missing, send its generation ID to support.
AI models depend on third-party providers. A model, feature or API can be unavailable, interrupted or changed. HufanUGC may pause access for maintenance, security or provider issues and cannot promise a particular completion time or output quality.
Service materials and prohibited use
HufanUGC’s name, site design, software and service materials remain with their respective owners. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of its software or another user’s material. Do not scrape abusively, reverse engineer, interfere with the service, or bypass credit, payment or security limits.
The Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited content and conduct. HufanUGC may reject requests, remove content, suspend accounts or end access for misuse, subject to applicable law.
Service limits, changes and contact
HufanUGC is provided as available. To the extent applicable law permits, HufanUGC is not responsible for losses caused by provider outages, inaccurate AI output or a user’s publication of content without necessary rights or checks. This does not remove rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.
We may revise these Terms when the service changes. The effective date above identifies this version; material changes should be brought to users’ attention through the site or account communications where practical. For questions, complaints or account assistance, use Contact support. Never provide a password, verification code or EVC Plus PIN in a support request.
