Cookie Information
The session cookie and browser storage HufanUGC uses for sign-in, drafts and interface preferences.
Effective October 1, 2026What is stored in your browser
HufanUGC uses two first-party cookies (one for sign-in, one that protects the website’s videos) and browser storage for the Studio experience. The current site does not include an advertising or analytics cookie banner because it does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. This page describes the storage that is actually used.
Sign-in cookie
When you sign in, the server sets a hufan_session cookie to recognize your account. It is marked HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and it is marked Secure when the website is served over HTTPS. The server sets a maximum age of 30 days for a normal sign-in session. Signing out clears the session. The cookie is needed for account, Studio and Admin functions.
Video protection cookie
Pages that show HufanUGC’s own videos set a hufan_v cookie holding a random number. The video links on that page are signed for that number and expire, so the videos play only in the browser that opened the page and can’t be reused elsewhere. It is not linked to an account, it is not used for analytics or advertising, and nothing about you is stored with it. It is marked HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, it is marked Secure over HTTPS, and it lasts 30 days. Blocking it stops those videos from playing.
Local and session storage
The website uses local storage for interface preferences such as a collapsed sidebar and generation-library view. It also uses session storage for short-lived prompts, image/video drafts and registration details while you move between pages or steps. These values are stored in your browser under HufanUGC’s site origin; they are not advertising identifiers. Some account and generation information is separately saved on the server, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
External page resources
Public pages may load fonts from Google Fonts, preview photos or videos from Pexels, and model logos from jsDelivr. Your browser connects to those services when those resources load, so those providers may receive ordinary web request information such as your IP address. HufanUGC does not control cookies those providers might set under their own domains. Their own notices describe their practices.
Your controls
You can clear the HufanUGC cookie and browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent sign-in, and clearing session storage can remove an unfinished draft or registration details held only in that browser tab. You can still ask support about server-side account data. Browser controls for third-party resources vary by browser.
