Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted creation

You may create lawful product demonstrations, creator-style videos, social ads and images with prompts and reference material that you are authorized to use. You may upload your own product images and images of people who gave the permissions needed for your use. Review each output before publishing it: AI content can be inaccurate.

Rights and consent for uploads

Upload packaging, logos, photos, likenesses or other references only when you own them or have permission to use them for AI generation. Do not upload private images of another person, confidential client material without authority, or personal information you are not entitled to share. A person’s face, voice or identity must not be used without appropriate consent.

Content you must not upload or generate

• Sexual content involving a minor or any sexualized depiction of a minor.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, threats, harassment or abuse.
• Deceptive impersonations, fabricated testimonials or endorsements, or realistic depictions intended to falsely show a real person saying or doing something.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, misleading financial offers or instructions for unlawful acts.
• Material that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
• Hateful abuse, credible threats, glorification of violence or instructions to cause harm.
• Illegal goods or services, or product claims that you cannot substantiate.
• Malware, exploits, credential theft or attempts to bypass service or provider safeguards.

Third-party AI providers may reject additional material under their own rules. A successful generation is not approval for publication or advertising.

Advertising and public use

You are responsible for the accuracy of product claims, labels, prices and endorsements in content you publish. Do not portray an AI-generated person as a real customer or creator who personally used a product unless that is true and you have the needed rights and disclosures. Follow applicable advertising, consumer-protection and platform rules.

Protecting the platform

Do not share or sell access to your account, automate abusive requests, probe another user’s files, interfere with HufanUGC or its providers, or circumvent credit, payment, upload or rate limits. Do not upload files designed to run code or harm the service.

Review, enforcement and reporting

HufanUGC may refuse a prompt or upload, remove content, limit a feature, suspend an account or terminate access when use appears to violate this policy, provider rules or applicable law. Provider checks may reject requests, and relevant records may be reviewed when investigating misuse.

To report harmful content, a deceptive output or a public showcase item that should be reviewed, use Contact support. Include a generation ID or link where possible. If you think a restriction was made in error, explain why in your request. Never send passwords, verification codes or EVC Plus PINs.
