Subscription and Billing Policy

Plans and current prices

HufanUGC offers Starter, Creator and Studio plans. At this policy’s effective date, their monthly prices are $29, $59 and $99, and each paid month adds 2,900, 5,900 and 9,900 credits respectively (100 credits = $1). Every plan can use every available video model, including Seedance, Veo, Gemini Omni, Kling and Kling Motion Control, as well as Hufan Director. One credit balance pays for them: each generation uses the selected model’s own credit price, which is shown before you generate. Plans differ in their price, monthly credits and features such as how many generations can run at the same time; they do not limit which video models you can choose. Administrators can change plan prices and allowances; the exact amount shown at checkout before you pay is the amount to review.

Plan features, available models and each model’s credit price are shown on the pricing page, in the Studio and at checkout. A plan does not guarantee that every AI model will be connected or available.

Introductory offers

There is currently no introductory or trial period: a plan starts at its full monthly price, and only after an administrator approves its EVC Plus payment.

If an introductory offer is added later, its price, length and allowance will be shown at checkout before you pay, and it will be limited to one use per account and associated phone or EVC Plus number.

Manual EVC Plus payment

HufanUGC shows the amount due, the EVC Plus number and the later renewal price before you report a payment. After you transfer money outside the website, enter the payer number and transaction ID. An administrator verifies the transfer before your paid period or purchased credits become active. Checkout can be unavailable when the EVC Plus account is not configured; do not send money using old payment instructions.

The current system cannot collect an EVC Plus PIN and cannot automatically charge or reverse an EVC Plus transfer. See the Refund and Payment Policy for disputes and cancellations of pending payment reports.

Renewal and cancellation

Plans run for one month (30 days) at a time. When a paid period ends without a newly approved payment, plan access requires renewal. HufanUGC may send a renewal email and show the amount in Profile → My plan. You must choose to pay again through EVC Plus; there is no automatic debit or automatic renewal charge.

You can cancel future renewal in Profile → My plan. Your current approved period continues until its end, then access stops. Already purchased credits remain recorded in your account. If you pay early for the same plan and the payment is approved, the next monthly period is added after the current period; switching plans may change the active plan when the new payment is approved.

Credits and allowances

Each paid month grants the plan’s stated credits after payment approval. Separately, credit packs can be purchased with EVC Plus when offered. The credit exchange rate and pack options are shown before payment. Credits are used only for eligible generations and are not cash, a bank deposit or transferable outside the service.

The Studio shows the required credits before a generation. A failed or running-job cancellation is designed to return its deducted credits once. Credit history records charges, plan grants, purchases, refunds and administrative adjustments. Plan restrictions, such as how many generations can run at the same time, can still apply even when a credit balance exists.

Payment records and help

Your Profile shows subscription status, payment reports, credit history and generation charges. Keep your EVC Plus transaction message until a payment is approved and any issue is resolved. If a payment remains pending, an allowance is incorrect, or credits are missing, contact support with the relevant payment or generation ID. Do not provide your EVC Plus PIN, password or verification code.
