Turn one photo into a real-looking video.
Upload a still image and HufanUGC animates it with natural, handheld-style movement. Faces, products and clothing are kept as they were, so the result still looks like the person and product in your photo.
How image to video works
- 01Upload a photo
A selfie, a product photo, or a photo of a person holding your product.
- 02The photo is checked
HufanUGC looks at image quality, face visibility and product detail before anything is generated.
- 03Movement is suggested
The Director suggests motion that suits the moment — raising a product to the camera, a turn, a smile — and you can edit it.
- 04Generate the video
Choose a model that accepts an image, pick the length and format, and see the credit cost first.
What stays the same
The point of starting from a photo is that the people and products in it stay recognisable. HufanUGC asks the model to keep:
- Face
- Glasses
- Hijab and clothing
- Skin tone
- Product and label
- The setting
For example, a single selfie can become a 15-second product video filmed in the person’s car, with her face, glasses and hijab as they were in the photo. AI results can still vary, so check every video before you publish it.
Choosing a photo that animates well
The model can only keep what it can see. A few minutes choosing the right photo saves credits:
- Sharp and well lit. Daylight from a window beats a dark room or a strong flash.
- Face fully visible. No heavy shadows across the face and nothing covering the eyes.
- Label facing the camera. If the product matters, its name should be readable in the photo.
- Room to move. Don’t crop tightly around hands or the product; the motion needs space.
- Match the format. Use a vertical photo for a 9:16 video and a wide one for 16:9.
- No heavy filters. Beauty filters and stickers confuse the model and look artificial in motion.
The full checklist, with fixes for common problems, is in the guide how to choose a photo for image to video.

Ideas to try
- A selfie that becomes a creator talking about your product in her car.
- A flat product photo that becomes a hand lifting the product toward the camera.
- A photo of a dish that becomes steam rising and a spoon taking the first bite.
- An outfit photo that becomes a slow turn in front of a mirror.

Frequently asked questions
Which photos work best for image to video?
Sharp, well-lit photos with the face fully visible and the product label facing the camera. Leave space around the subject so it can move, and use a vertical photo for a vertical video.
Will the person in my photo still look like themselves?
HufanUGC asks the model to keep the face, glasses, hijab, clothing and skin tone as they are in the photo. Results can vary between generations, so review each video before publishing.
Can I animate a product photo without a person?
Yes. A product photo can become a short clip of the product being picked up, turned or used. Describe the movement you want in one or two simple actions.
Can I use photos of other people?
Only upload photos you have the right to use, with consent from anyone shown. The Acceptable Use Policy lists what is not allowed.
